Threefold Architects has provided design services for the fit out of the offices of E-synergy on three occasions. Supporting E-synergy with design expertise from startup through relocation and expansion, the two companies have developed a good working relationship. Each time Threefold’s approach has been to combine functionality and quality in design to create a flexible contemporary work environment. The spaces are defined by the installation of bespoke and proprietary fixed and movable furniture elements and glazing. On each occasion, Threefold Architects have employed a limited palette of materials integrating E-synergy’s imagery and branding to generate a specific aesthetic for the spaces. The aim of the scheme is always to create a functional workspace which communicates the attitude and ethos of the business to clients and employees alike.
The execution of the project has involved the coordination of the practical requirements of the client so as to minimise disruption of the function of the business. These include working with complex IT installations, building regulation restrictions and managing the construction works to a very tight timescale.
