Modern Kentish house: A new build family home on a large secluded site in Kent. The house replaces an existing sixties bungalow. Two long volumes reinterpret the Kentish vernacular, offset and convergent in plan they create a internal/external courtyard link space between, with a terrace onto the large natural pond on the site.
