Jack’s belief in the power of good design to enhance the way in which people live and work resulted in the creation of Threefold. Working with like minded people, moulding his own environment and creating a studio which embodies creativity, productivity and fun were an irresistible challenge.
Jack has a particular focus in sensitive sites and rural environments which include national parks, world heritage sites and listed buildings. He has a deep understanding of complex planning strategies and the importance of legacy in a rural environment. His expertise is to embed a building into its particular context by thoughtful consideration of all of the surrounding detail.
Jack ensures projects are timely, well detailed and run with the utmost efficiency. He is particularly proud of his ability to build deep and lasting relationships with clients and is responsible for a significant portion of our organic growth.
Jack is project director for Threefold’s rural projects and housing schemes in Croydon for Brick x Brick.
Jack is fascinated by the intricate blurring of the boundaries between art and architecture. He is a skilled writer and has contributed articles to the AJ and Architecture Today.
